- Sunday 25th October
We would love to welcome you to our 11.15 am service on 25th October, which will be led by Rev. John Robertson. Our reading will be:
Joshua 7:1 – 13 - Songs of Praise 1st November
We are all invited to a wonderful Songs of Praise event organised by the WCP.
Our choir will be singing alongside people from the other churches – if you would like to join us, speak to or email Rosie (on the church email), or just turn up on the day about 30 minutes before the start!
We are singing a well-known and popular hymn, so no group practice in advance is needed. Click here for the music and words and here for a practice track.
Everyone is welcome to sing – you don’t need to read music or be able to sing in parts. We would love everyone who enjoys singing to be part of this special event!
- Exploring the Bible as Literature
The Holy Literature group continues to meet on Thursdays at 10.30 am in Church. You are very welcome to join them.
- Ponderings in the Pub
Our popular informal meetings at The Swan, Milton Keynes Village, have returned. You are invited to join us to discuss the bible in a relaxed atmosphere. The next date for your diary is:
12th November at 8pm. - Open Church
All Saints is open every Thursday afternoon 3 – 4pm to welcome visitors and for private prayer. All are welcome to pop in for a chat or to pray.
Please note that for the next few months there will be a time of silent prayer and music during the session, instead of prayers in the vestry. - Christmas Card competition returns!
We would like to run another competition this year to design Christmas cards which can be sold in aid of our church. Any style is welcome – both more traditional scenes and very different interpretations have proved extremely popular over the years, and the competition is open to adults and children alike.
To enter, send a good quality photo of your design to waltonartsandcrafts@gmail.com by 30th October at the latest. The winning designs will be professionally printed and sold in the parish. - Midweek ‘Rest’ Communion Service
Our much-loved monthly midweek ‘Rest’ communion is back and the next one will be on Thursday 5th November at 7.30pm. Do join us if you can.
- Weekly Online Prayer
Our regular Zoom Prayer session meets every Tuesday at 7pm. Everyone welcome. The meeting link is the same each week and is:

- Holy Ground
Welcome to Holy Ground, our new quarterly gathering dedicated to exploring our faith through the lens of literature and history.
Whether you are a lifelong reader, a history buff, or simply looking for deeper fellowship and thoughtful conversation, there is a place for you here. Let us step onto this holy ground together with open hearts and curious minds as we grow deeper in our understanding of God and each other.
Our first Session will be on Saturday 7th November starting at 10.00 am. The subject is: Remembering … God in the trenches.

- New exhibition – now live!
Our new exhibition, which is called: The sun in all its moods, is now live and you can view the beautiful work here. There are some truly inspiring contributions – we hope you enjoy looking at them. There is room for more! Any type of art, craft, or photography is welcome. Please send a good quality photo of your work to waltonartsandcrafts@gmail.com.

- Confidential Prayer Chain
Our prayer chain is available to anyone who needs to request prayer – either for themselves, for a loved one or someone they know. If you have an urgent prayer need and would like to be supported in prayer, we have a group of people at church committed to pray for any needs which arise. All requests will be treated in strict confidence, kept within the group and anonymised if you wish it. Just send your request via email (prayerchain.mkv@gmail.com) and we will send it out to all who support the prayer chain. Prayer Chain members do not know who the other members are, so anything shared is never discussed in other places or between prayers. If you’d like additional pastoral support, please contact the Pastoral Team or clergy separately.
